An upward trend was observed in the average sales and rental prices of homes in Evia in the first quarter of 2023 compared to that of 2022 according to market data as well as the average rental price of homes showing the largest increase of the two for this period.

Compared to 2019, the average residential rental price in 2023 saw an increase of 25%.
