Jurgen Klopp has given Arne Slott a vote of confidence as the main candidate to replace him at Liverpool, with the German referring to the good name the Dutchman has built up with the way his teams play.
Liverpool are in talks with Feyenoord to sign Arne Slott from next summer to fill the void left by the departure of Jurgen Klopp, with the Reds receiving a major boost in their efforts. on Friday afternoon (26/04).
This was given through Klopp’s press conference ahead of Saturday’s league game with West Ham (27/04, 14:30, Novasports Premier League, LIVE from SPORT24) with the German being asked about the scenarios that want the his team talking to the Dutchman and speaking very highly of his colleague.
“I don’t know anything about it, I’m not involved in the whole process. What I like is that if he’s the chosen one, he wants to take over Liverpool. He’s excited.
I like the way his team plays football. All I hear about him is that he’s a nice guy. If he’s the solution, I can’t wait to see.
Everything looks good”the German initially pointed out, to add meaningfully: “I take responsibility for the defeat to Everton and for the state of my team. The job of manager of Liverpool is the best in the world.
The fact that we are not doing well in the finale of this season may help him in his first season at Anfield, as there will be room for improvement.”
