The 59-year-old horse owner, who was arrested in an area of ​​central Macedonia, was referred to trial under the spontaneous procedure and on the charge of sexual indecency, following a complaint that he had molested two underage high school students while they were performing horseback riding during educational trip with their school.

The defendant was adjourned to next week’s trial and released, pleading not guilty.

The complaint was made by the director of the school and the arrest of the 59-year-old (owner of a stable with horses) followed. The two students, 15 and 13 years old, were examined by a child psychologist, as part of the preliminary police investigation, while their parents also gave statements.
