A 3.5-year-old girl died in a swimming pool

A tragedy occurred in Paphos on Sunday afternoon. A 3.5-year-old girl from Nicosia died in a swimming pool.

The child was with his parents on vacation in Kato Paphos.

According to information from sigmalive.com, the little girl informed her parents that she was going to the children’s pool, however, under unexplained circumstances, she was spotted by a tourist floating unconscious in the large pool.

The child was pulled from the pool and a lifeguard was called to the scene.

The little girl was later taken to the hospital, where she unfortunately expired.

Police investigations into the case are in full swing.
