O Ilias Vrettos talked about his wedding day with his wife, Anastasia Deligiannisdescribed the celebration after the ceremony with his family and friends, while he did not hesitate to make a personal revelation.
The singer was a guest on the “2night Show” on Wednesday night, April 24, and initially talked about his wedding reception and the fact that they kept the important event behind closed doors.
Characteristically, he said:Anastasia is my wife, she is my man, she is my support. We have been married for 2 years and something. I got married in my hometown, in Kymi of Evia. I called around 180 people, the wedding took place in a very, very, very closed circle. We both wanted to be very relaxed that day, I didn’t want to see it PR at all, I wanted to see it very real and human. I called only people of heart, they all accepted and came, which is not easy to go outside your base in a wedding and I can tell you that our wedding night was the best night of my life.”

Ilias Vrettos continued: “I haven’t had a better time, I say this from my heart. An incredible emotion came over me. The fact that we were united in the sacred bonds of marriage that day with my wife and had all our beloved people, unrelated to each other, there for us from the heart, so relaxed, so nice, in my hometown, my parents, the my brothers, my relatives, friends. It was a great celebration and I have to remember it.”
He also emphasized the importance for the couple of the fact that they had the wedding in a close circle: “In other words, the recipe of the closed marriage succeeded for us. For me marriage is something sacred, the wedding day is a holy day and I was very happy that we did not make it a secular event».
After a question from Grigoris Arnautoglou, Ilias Vrettos proceeded to make a special revelation: “First of all, I want to say that I am one of the very few men who fulfilled my marital duties on the first day of marriage.”
