Canos is progressing, constant contacts with Brentford

The transfer search of Olympiakos continues with his name Sergi Kanos to come to the fore. The 25-year-old Spanish winger’s contract expires next summer and he has not agreed a renewal with Brentford.

So he is on the verge of exit and already several teams from his hometown are interested in him. Olympiacos has already made contact with both the footballer and Brentford in order to close the deal before the end of the transfer window.

Who is Kanos?

Sergi Canos went through several academies at an early age (among them Valencia, Atletico Madrid and Barcelona) before moving to England and Liverpool. With the red shirt he managed to play at the age of 19 for nine minutes in the match against West Brom in the 2015-16 season.

Norwich bought him in the summer of 2016 and six months later Brentford acquired him. He has been there for the last six years and during this time he has made 249 appearances, 36 goals and 33 assists. This year he has played in six matches in all competitions, counting a total of 83 minutes of participation.

Kanos has a height of 1.77 and plays mainly on the right wing of the attack.
