“It didn’t go as we expected, there was no discussion to continue the show”

--

THE Thanasis Patras who, after the announcement of Eleonora Meleti’s candidacy in the European elections, took over the helm of the show “Mega Good morning» spoke to the camera of Happy Day and Christian Kochlatzis about the early end of the show and his future plans.

“My feelings now that the Mega Kalimera cycle is over, are mostly positive. Despite the fact that it ends earlier, and despite the fact that it was not a completely successful year, I have positive feelings. I had a good collaboration, I had very good moments, during these three years I met nice people. After almost 30 years of work, you only keep the good stuff.

Every end is also a new beginning. I have nothing negative to attribute to anyone. All the people I worked with from the first day of these three years until the end are excellent professionals, I had excellent relationships, no problems ever arose. Everyone did their best, together we succeed together we lose. Now we are in the unpleasant position of losing,” said Thanasis Patras initially.

“But you learn something from defeat. If we finished normally, I would say we finished normally. What matters is that we stop at the end of April. I wish them all the best, good luck in whatever they do, and I will truly remember them all with much love. All the guys behind the cameras are so deserving.

There was no discussion to continue the show. My contract ends July 31st. there has been no discussion about the continuation of our cooperation, but after Easter I think we will solve everything. I have a very good relationship with the station, clearly it is a priority in whatever I decide to do from here on out. It’s a job, it didn’t go as we expected, it also came with the European elections, Eleonora’s candidacy also came. obviously a decision was made that I want to believe will be positive for everyone” added Thanasis Patras.
