It seems that it is only a matter of time before the arrest of new people involved in the case of the criminal organization of the hooligans linked to the murder of the police officer Giorgos Lyggeridis according to data and information obtained from the Police.
Among the imminent arrests, in fact, according to the same information, will be included four leading executives who have so far escaped arrest.
According to the Star report, in fact, the Police have already come into “contact” with all four through third parties.
Among the persons targeted by the authorities and who have so far eluded capture is the so-called “Shark”.
This is a 31-year-old man, who, according to the case file, is the person who identified the location of the MAT squad on the night of the incidents outside the closed “Melina Mercouri” in Renti, and then followed the attack resulting in the fatal injury of the police officer Giorgos Lyggeridis from a naval flare.
As the Star reveals, “Shark” is an old acquaintance of the Police, as he has three criminal cases under his belt.
Two of them, in fact, are for domestic violence against his ex-partner.
According to the same report, a protected witness also “gave” his twin brother, that he is also a leading figure, however, this does not seem to be verified by the police investigation.
In the coming days, defendants who have not been arrested are expected to be handed over to the police authorities.
