e-EFKA: Applications for 700 new recruitments at KEPA

Its staffing Registry of the Special Corps of Doctors of the Disability Certification Center (KEPA) through 700 recruitments, e-EFKA promotes with a new announcement.

THE deadline for submitting applications nomination period is set at twenty-six (26) calendar days, i.e. starting on May 1, 2024 at 09:00 and ending on May 26 at 23:59.

The distribution of seats

The invitation for the inclusion of seven hundred (700) doctors in the Register of the Special Body of Doctors (ESI) of KEPA by specialty as follows:

Application for participation and required supporting documents

Each candidate is entitled to submit one (1) application for one (1) position, stating his specialty or specialties as the case may be (in case he has a double specialty, he chooses the specialty for which he will be included in the Specialist Register of the Medical Association (ESI) of the KEPA), which holds the position of responsible declaration of Article 8 of Law 1599/1986 (Α΄75), as to the accuracy of the information declared therein candidate and the accuracy of the posted documents, as attached to this (Appendix A) and forming an integral part thereof.

The application must be accompanied by the following supporting documents, which are posted in clear digital files:

• Identity card or passport.
• Curriculum vitae. In order to prove the essential qualifications mentioned in the CV, it is necessary to submit files of official certificates or attestations.
• Medical School Degree.
• Decision to grant a specialty title or specialty title.
• Licensing decision or medical practice certificate.
• Certificate of the relevant Medical Association of which the doctor is a member, in which the membership status, the total time of practicing the medical profession, the practiced specialty and the total time of practice, any changes and any disciplinary convictions, issued within the last quarter before submitting the registration application.
• Copy of Criminal Record, issued within the last quarter before submitting the registration application.
• Responsible declaration that the applicant does not fall under the obstacles of par.3 of article 2 of no. 18551/07.03.2024 KYA (Β΄1658) as detailed below, in paragraph C of this document (Incompatibilities-Obstacles).
• Photocopy of a master’s degree of at least one year of study, if available.
• Photocopy of doctoral degree, if available.
• Medical qualification (optional)
• For civil servants: certificate from the Human Resources Registry of the Hellenic State
• For freelancers: Detailed Version of Business Registry Details from the A.A.D.E. Registry platform.
• For a citizen of a member state of the European Union, a certificate of knowledge of Greek language type B2 or a certificate of knowledge of Greek from the competent committee of KESY is required.

Procedure for submitting and examining candidates’ applications

Those interested enter using their personal TAXISnet codes at the online address https://www.efka.gov.gr/aitisi-esi and fill in the fields of the electronic application-declaration, which include their basic identity and contact details, as well as their additional information such as degrees, other required qualifications, graded criteria, list of attached supporting documents, as stated herein.
