One shocking accident happened in the port of Piraeus, when a woman fell into the sea shortly before his departure ferry to Paros, which he was about to board.
In the video document shown on Mega’s main newscast, two coast guard men can be seen diving in to help her.
Wearing a life jacket and holding her suitcase, the woman got out safely onto the pier.
What happened
A little before 5 pm the day before yesterday (23/4) a coach arrived at the port of Piraeus with tourists from France traveling to Paros. The tourist slipped while trying to grab her suitcase and fell into the sea.
There the men of the Coast Guard, who are on every boat, managed with their quick reflexes to save her and offer her first aid.
The 71-year-old French tourist is in good health and said she does not want further medical attention. Boarded the ship bound for Paros.
