In new auction is being driven today, Friday, April 26 maisonette of the businesswoman Virginia Ventourakis in Filothei. The property in question was originally scheduled to go under the hammer on June 7, 2023, but the process was put on hold by order of the expediter (Intrum). Mrs. Ventouraki was there wife of the deceased journalist and historical director of the newspaper “Eleftherotypia” Seraphim Funtanidis.

A new auction was then scheduled for November 15, 2017, which was not conducted due to the abstention of the Notaries from their duties. A new one was then set for March 28, 2018, but this too was not carried out for formal reasons. The next hammer struck on July 26, 2023 with a starting price of €602,000, but to no avail. Thus, the “bar” for today has been reduced to the amount of 391,300 euros.
It is recalled that the former state-owned industrial group he was officially declared bankrupt in December 2015 and then his units and any other assets began to go under the hammer.
