Road accident in Imathia: Sadness over the death of 35-year-old Akis – “Nailed” with the car to a tree

The Greek Police issued a statement regarding the traffic accident that occurred early Thursday morning on the island of Imathia.

In particular, as reported by thestival.gr, the car driven by the 35-year-old swerved and crashed into a tree resulting in his fatal injury.

Forces of the Fire Service rushed to the spot and extricated the unfortunate man without his consciousness.

An EKAV ambulance picked him up and took him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The local community of Imathia is shocked by the death of 35-year-old Akis. The Alexandria Police Department is conducting a preliminary investigation into the exact causes of the accident.”
