Local rains and possibly sporadic storms mainly in the west and north will be its main features weather today, Thursday 25/4. Locally strong and westerly winds will blow while the temperature will drop. At the same time, the concentrations will be increased Saharan dust in the Southeast Aegean.

In more detail, on Thursday, April 25, 2024, rains and possibly sporadic storms will occur in the Ionian Islands and most of the western and northern mainland. For the time being, areas of Thessaly, Central Mainland and Central Peloponnese are also expected to be affected. A little snow will fall in the northwestern mountains. The concentrations of Saharan dust will be increased in the Eastern Aegean and especially in the Dodecanese.

THE temperature it will range in Western Macedonia from 6 to 18 degrees, in the rest of northern Greece from 9 to 23, in Epirus from 9 to 20 degrees, in Thessaly from 9 to 23, in the rest of the mainland from 10 to 20-22 degrees, in the Ionian Islands from 11 up to 19 and in the island parts of the Aegean and in Crete from 13 to 22-24 degrees Celsius.

The ones in the whole country will blow from western directions with intensities of 3-5 Beaufort in the land sections and 5-6 Beaufort in the seas. The strongest winds will blow in the South Ionian, the South Aegean, the Corinthian and off the Saronic.

In Attica we expect local clouds and gradual sunshine. The winds will blow west-northwest with intensities of 4-5 Beaufort, while in the western parts of the prefecture and off the Saronikos the wind intensities will reach 6 Beaufort. The temperature will range from 15 to 20 degrees.

In Thessaloniki we expect clouds with rain at times. Winds will blow from the west-northwest with gusts of 3-4 Beaufort. The temperature will range from 13 to 20 degrees.
