New documentary photos have come to light from the horrific murder of 28-year-old Kyriaki Griva at the hands of her 39-year-old ex-partner outside the Agioi Anargyro Police Station.

On the evening of April 1, the 28-year-old Kyriaki froze in front of the Police Department and more specifically in front of the guardhouse, while she had received multiple stab wounds from the 39-year-old. It is recalled that the 28-year-old had asked for a patrol car to accompany her to her house, which she was denied by “informing” her that the “patrol car is not a taxi”.

In the photos shown this morning by the program “To Proinono”, the lifeless body of Kyriaki can be seen, at a very short distance from the police station of Agios Anargyros.

Also in another document photo, it can be seen how the killer had left the keys on his motorcycle, while his mobile phone was also in the special case on the bike.

The show also showed the knife of the crime, which the 39-year-old carried with him and literally butchered her with 5 knives in front of the department.

Sunday’s father breaks out – “The policemen should throw away their uniforms”

Twenty-four days after the brutal murder, the family of 28-year-old Kyriaki Grivas is overflowing with anger at the police officers, as they have not yet received answers about the responsibilities of the police officers involved.

The father of the deceased 28-year-old woman, who saw the entrails fall dead from the 39-year-old’s stabbings, spoke to the Star yesterday and blasted the responsibilities of the police.

Athanasios Grivas, on the one hand, sees his daughter’s killer invoking psychiatric problems in order to “go easy”, while on the other hand, he has no information about the responsibilities of the police.

“An investigation is underway. For the police, 23 days I want to know who they are kidding too. I would tell them to throw away the uniform and do some other job because the next day I went, my presence lasted five minutes at the same police station. I was not even allowed to go upstairs to see a duty officer. To identify that I am her father,” the 28-year-old’s father said angrily.

“Shame on us and shame on them all. From the smallest to the largest,” he added.

“I want to ask them. If it was their own child, their mother, their sister, their father, what exactly would they do. That’s what I want them to tell me. Would they leave her and go away? For the police officers, in my opinion, they are all to blame and all should be punished. From the first to the last to make this matter completely clear. Some ears were quite stroked. Everything went wrong,” said the father of the unfortunate girl.

“I can’t sleep at night, I see the truth”

Athanasios Grivas also expressed his indignation at the fact that he has “no official information to date from the department of Aghii Anargyri or from any other department”.

The father did not hide his pain, as he knows that he will never see his guts again and now he cannot sleep. “Not even to my worst enemy. Because I can’t sleep at night. I don’t see a nightmare, I see the truth, the reality. That my daughter is not here and some others are still breathing. Some others are still at work. And they are looking at how to save her,” he added.

As for women who are victims of domestic violence, the 28-year-old’s father urged them to speak up: “Speak up, speak up, don’t be afraid. And when you speak you will see that you are weakening your power,” he concluded.
