ETAD: “Sale” with a starting price of 3.335 million for the ceramists’ property in Marousi

With a starting price of 3.335 million euros “comes up” for sale by the Public Real Estate Company (ETAD), a well-known, classic and emblematic property in Marousi, in the area of ​​Anavryta. In particular, the subject of the bidding process is the sale of an even and buildable plot of land with area 3,179.16 sq.m., located on Kifissias & Salaminos Avenue, in O.T. 94, Municipality of Amarousi.

In the use of part of the property, the cooperative is established “SUPPLY AND CONSUMER COOPERATIVE OF POTTER AND CERAMISTS OF AMAROUSIOU ASSOCIATED” since the year 1970, “which he is obliged to”, as mentioned in the special conditions of the relevant declaration, “to render with the no. 477/2014 irrevocable decision of the Single Member Court of First Instance of Athens. It is pointed out that the same rights that ETAD currently has from the above decision, will be granted by ETAD – and the buyer of the property.”

The permitted uses are Space for Cultural Functions & Ceramic Art Center as well as General Residence. The square meters of the buildings are 1,987.50. The deadline for submitting supporting documents for participation is until Monday, May 20, 2024. The date of electronic submission of the financial offer will be announced later to participants who have successfully submitted the above supporting documents.

As mentioned, the starting pricei.e. the amount of the minimum consideration offered, is defined in amount of 3,335,000 euros. The tender step, i.e. the minimum percentage increase of each offer on the highest already existing offer, is set equal to 5%.
