Today Monday, at 2 in the afternoon, the Municipal Council of Volos meets on the incidents of violence, following a written request of the faction “Alliance for Volos” led by Nikos Papapetros.

The single item on the agenda, as formulated by the councilors of the majority minority, is as follows:
Discussion and adoption of a decision – position of the Volos Municipal Council, on the incidents of violence during the exercise of the duties of municipal councilors, dealing with toxicity, exhydaism and the degeneration of local democracy.

In the meantime, the municipal authority is planning a special meeting for the accountability of the 2nd semester (March – April), on Holy Monday, April 29, 2024 at 2:30 p.m.

Until Thursday, April 25, 2024, the deadline for submitting the issues to be discussed, the municipal councilors, the presidents of the councils of the municipal communities, as well as the presidents of the municipal communities, can submit in writing to the Presidium of the Municipal Council (e-mail: [email protected] ) to (1) topic each.
The agenda of the meeting will be drawn up following the submission of the issues, in accordance with the aforementioned provisions.
