Continuation of the lease

It is recalled that, if the owner rents the property to a third party after the imposition of the seizure (and before the auction) or simply grants him the use based on another legal relationship, this can be terminated by the superior (the one who acquired it from the auction ) within a period of 2 months from the transcription of the summary of the certification report. Upon termination, this lease or other legal relationship is terminated after 2 months.
