Rockstar Games was preparing story DLC for GTA V

--

In the spotlight came a piece of news that would surely make some GTA fans happy, as it became known that the Rockstar Games was once preparing a story DLC for it Grand Theft Auto V.

This was confirmed by one of the title actors, Mr Steven Oggwho stated that the development team once had an expansion or DLC in the works that would focus on Trevor, the character he was playing. The news comes from The Loadout, where Ogg along with Ned Luke who played Mike and the Shawn Fonteno (Franklin) did a Q&A.

The three confirmed that there was once a story DLC for Rockstar Games’ hit game based on the beloved character, Trevor, who would work as an agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He would be another “James Bond”.

Here are some answers from the Q&A:

Ned Luke: Initially, Rockstar Games intends to continue the story of Michael, Franklin and Trevor.

Steven Ogg: We also had this f***ing thing I forget now if it was DLC but Trevor would be a secret agent working for the FEDs. And we shot some scenes with “James Bond Trevor”. He was still mad and doing the best he could. We shot some scenes and then they just disappeared and it was never finished.

Afterwards, Michael’s actor Ned Luke said that we might never see story DLCs from GTA V due to the success of GTA Online, which we remind you is still quite popular. “They went to GTA Online I believe,” Luke said of the cancellation of The Loadout DLC.
