Panathinaikos AKTOR welcomes Maccabi in Game 2 of this year’s play offs in the Euroleague, with Dimitris Giannakopoulos making his “present” for the first time at the Olympic Facilities after two years.
After his presence in five away games and especially in Monaco, Milan, CHEF, Bologna and Munichthe strong man of the “green” OEM was also found for the first time in the closed Olympic Facilities where the Panathinaikos wants the victory against the Maccabi in order to -in the first phase- bring the series straight.
The last time that Mr Dimitris Giannakopoulos gave the “present” to OAKA for his match Panathinaikou it was on June 8, 2022 and more specifically in a play off match against an opponent Larissa Oper and it means that 687 days had to pass before he was again present in a home game of the “clover”.
Something that indirectly but clearly had announced with a characteristic post on social media citing characteristics “See you in the evening”.
As is known, Panathinaikos is looking for a win against the Israelis at all costs in order to level the series at 1-1 and then “chase” (at least) a “double” in Belgrade to regain the home advantage.
