The historic “Acropolis” tournament is here again. Renovated, it now bears the name of AEGEAN, to give birth to the “AEGEAN Acropolis”.
The partnership of the two names is the perfect illustration of the ideal cooperation that exists between the company and the EEC and comes to accompany the Men’s National Team not only in its travels, but also in a different way: “AEGEAN Acropolis” will pave its way Men’s National Team for her official duties. But at the same time, it will also become the means by which the world’s love for the official favorite will travel, through his own presence at the tournament in OAKA.
“AEGEAN Acropolis” has reached 31the edition, counting a series of historic matches and great rivals from 1986 to the present day. This year it will be held August 17-19 at OAKA with the Men’s National Team facing Poland, Georgia and Turkey in order. Through them, he will prepare in the best possible way for the matches with Serbia (25/8) and Belgium (28/8) for the first “window” of the second qualifying phase of the 2023 World Cup, but also for the great challenge of the upcoming Eurobasket in Milan and Berlin (1-18/9).
