The independent MP Konstantinos Floros, who is accused of violence against a political figure, was released after his apology.
The investigator and prosecutor imposed the condition that he does not come closer than 50 meters to his colleague from the Hellenic Solution, Vassilis Grammenos.
The accused had gone to the courts earlier in the afternoon to apologize.
Konstantinos Floros had remained all night in GADA, detained after his violent attack on the other member of parliament.
What do we know about the case?
The incident for which the independent member of parliament, a former member of the Spartans, is being prosecuted, occurred during a debate on the lifting of the immunity of Mr. Velopoulos, whose case concerned defamation through a false account on a social network submitted by an officer of the of the Navy.

The father of Constantinos Floros was a candidate with the Hellenic Solution, and he was one of its founding members. Efstathios Floros broke with Kyriakos Velopoulos in 2022.
