Blockade in the Spartan party from the Areopagus.
The A1 Department of the Supreme Court by its decision decided not to declare the far-right party in the European elections of June 9. This practically means that the Spartans are left out of the race for the presence in the European Parliament.
In total, there are finally 31 parties, out of 46, that will claim the citizens’ vote in the Euro referendum.
Apart from the Spartans, the application of fourteen other combinations was rejected. According to information, these 14 parties had not submitted the required fee of 20,000 euros in order for their participation to be approved.
Overall, the Supreme Court did not approve the following parties:
