Welcome and let it be late could be the title referring to “small” Lotus Emira which is provided with 2.0 liter engine. The British model may still not have been introduced in Greece with this engine (it has come with the 3.5 liter engine), but now it is a matter of weeks to see it in our country.
According to information of Newsautoit is certain (finally) that it will arrive before the summer, with the importing company (Trident Cars) having managed to book a sufficient number of cars in order to cover part of the demand from customers who have expressed interest.
How much will it cost?
It is worth noting that the two liter Lotus Emira has borrowed the engine from AMG and is the one we know from Mercedes A45 AMG. This particular one delivers 360 horsepower and offers explosive performance that sets… the asphalt on fire.
According to the company, the 0-100km/h is achieved in 4.2 seconds while the top speed reaches 282 km/h. Compared to the 3.5-liter version that is available with a manual transmission, the Emira with the two-liter engine is combined with dual clutch automatic transmission.
The sports model that visually resembles a super car (especially when you see it moving on the road) will play in terms of pricing over 110,000 euros. At the moment the importing company has not announced the prices, which we expect to know in the coming weeks.
