The MEP of the Greens/European Free Alliance and Secretary of the KOSMOS party was at Tripoli town hall on Friday, April 26.
As Mr. Tzioumis states in his post on social networks:
☑️Today, Friday, April 26, 2024, I met with the MEP of the Green Group / European Free Alliance and Secretary of the KOSMOS party, Mr. Petros Kokkalis, as well as his delegation, at the Tripoli City Hall.
☑️The discussion with the President and the members was particularly informative regarding the work of the Greens in the European Parliament and the necessity of representing the Green Space in Greece.
☑️On the part of the Municipality of Tripoli, various issues were raised such as prison infrastructure, the need for annual funding of rural road construction, the demographic problem, the management of the homeless which is commendable with the municipal shelter, the development and revitalization of our country with investments and jobs from the three pharmaceutical companies in the Tripoli Regional Health Center, energy issues and finally concerns about the risk of fires and floods.
☑️I wished good success to Mr. Kokkalis, looking forward to good cooperation and communication of the local government with representatives of the European Parliament.
