“On Great Wednesday, May 1st, we strengthen the voice of reaction and the intensity of the battle against poverty, impoverishment, injustices, discrimination, the deconstruction of labor, economic and insurance rights.
The May Day of 2024 finds for another year the workers of the country, faced with an unprecedented crisis where punctuality, social poverty, the limitation of labor rights, precariousness and insecurity in the workplaces, are the dominant consequences of applied policies.
Along with the honor we give to the pioneer fighters of the working class, we do not forget that May Day is a day of struggle and strike of the workers.
It is a day that requires the participation of the workers, the unemployed, the pensioners in the strike gatherings.
For the city of Kozani, the gathering will take place in the Central Square of the city at 10.30 in the morning.
On Labor Day we renew the struggle for a present and a future with perspective and hope, for ourselves and our children.
Without precision, social poverty, job insecurity and inequalities.
On Labor Day, all of us together give a competitive strike to the call of the unions on Wednesday May 1st.”
