Should the ranks of the Municipal Police make a “perasia” of the neighborhoods of Heraklion to see what is going on?
To understand that in the center of a large city like Heraklion, not finding a parking space to park, and especially during peak hours, is a recurring reality. With that being said, moving to the center often involves either the choice of going to a parking lot in the first place, or searching a lot and eventually risking finding yourself parking outside the center.
So far so good, although I think it would make more sense for a citizen to be able to park in his city and not have to pay every time he visits the center.
But what exactly is happening in the neighborhoods and areas outside the center? This “hooey” with the highchairs holding the parking space someone needs to put the brakes on it.
Maybe they should also make a “perasia” from the neighborhoods outside the center, to see what is going on with the ranks of the Municipal Police?
Obviously, the fine is not a solution, however this mess with chairs, tables, blocks, cones and even small furniture to take the place must end.
