The leading members of Door 7, who the Police consider to be directors of the criminal organization involved in the murder of the 31-year-old police officer G. Lyggeridis, seem to have had a heavy criminal record for many years.
In the transfer letter of EL.AS. the criminal record of all the defendants is mentioned in detail and especially what has to do with the top executives of the door of the organized Olympiacos, what is surprising is that despite the “heavy resumes” these executives were hired by the Piraeus PAE , either as a security in “C. Karaiskakis” and in “M. Merkouri”, either as employees in the official Olympiacos boutique, or in the municipality of Piraeus, where according to the Police, they did not even go to work…
One of the protagonists is Iosif who is said to have the role of leader and a special relationship with Lesvos as he was on our island for several summers and his mother is from Lesvos.
Iosif Antizas or “Kontos”: His name is the first to appear in the indictment for the incidents in Rentis and the murder of Giorgos Lyggeridis.
He is the man who is mainly accused of the Directorate of the Criminal Organization and everyone “gives” him as the “leader” of Gate 7 who has the general order for everything. From the tickets to the organized ones to the attacks on the police and fans of opposing teams.
In the criminal past of the defendants, for the three leading executives of door 7, EL. AS. states in her transfer:
ANTIZAS Joseph: 1) From T.A. Alimos of Attica, a case was filed against him for violation of articles 45, 380 “Joint robbery” and 45, 309 of the Civil Code. “Dangerous bodily harm in common.” In particular, the following are mentioned: At 06:00 on 23/09/2011 in Alimos at the junction of Poseidonos and Grigoriou Auxentiou streets, the above accused together with two other perpetrators approached, without being noticed, four people, who had just left from the “FRANGELICO” entertainment center located on Posidonos Avenue. The two perpetrators immobilized one of the victims and punched and kicked him, injuring his head and body while taking a NOKIA mobile phone from him. The perpetrators inflicted wounds, possibly with a knife on the abdomen and back, on the other victim. The Security Sub-Directorate of South-Eastern Attica identified the above and two (2) other perpetrators, all of them followers of the OSF, and issued warrants no. 6/11-04-2012 and 7/11-04-2012 from 11-04-2012 and 5/11-04-2012 Arrest warrants of the 21st Regular Investigator of the Primary Courts of Athens. In the morning hours of 04/20/2012 they were arrested.
2) A case was filed against him by the AT Kallonis of Lesvos for violation of article 309 of the Criminal Code “Dangerous bodily harm” and Law 2168/93 “On Weapons”, as amended and replaced by Law 3944/ 2011. Mithimnas and filed a summons against the accused because on 12-08-2016 at 05:10 at the shop the defendant slightly injured the plaintiff with a four centimeter knife.
