The Mary N. Raptou Schools in collaboration with the Deputy Mayor of Culture of the Municipality of Larissa held a concert on Thursday afternoon in the hall of the Municipal Conservatory of Larissa.

In the first part of the concert, the student choir of the Schools performed Christian songs, which are perfectly in line with the spirit of the day and at the same time glorify the children’s soul.

Songs were also performed by the Serbian choir “Kir Stefan Srbin”.

In the second part of the program excerpts from the oratorio, “The Social One” were heard as well as hymns related to the journey from the Crucifixion to the Resurrection of the Lord.

At the same time, texts related to the Divine Passion were read by the students of the M.N. High School. Raptou, Olga-Rafaela Koutsiari and Nicoletta-Paraskevi Mitsopoulou.

It should be noted that the artistic direction and curation of the event was the conductor, Nikos St. Efthymiadis and the piano accompaniment by the Music teacher of the Schools, Ioanna Arevythi.
