Revelation: Huawei cars in Greece

Huawei, known mainly for its innovations in the field of telecommunications, is expanding its scope by entering the automotive market. With the presentation of various models already in production, Huawei aims to capture a large share of the automotive market in Europe, starting with Greece.

Models in Production
The first Huawei cars to hit the market are hybrid and electric, offering a combination of high performance and low running costs. These models use advanced battery and electric motor technologies, incorporating the autonomy technology developed by the company. With these features, Huawei cars promise to be competitive in both technology and price.

One of them, the big rival of the Tesla Model 3, the EV Luxeed, codenamed EH3.

Luxeed is described It is an electric coupe, but looks more like a four-door sedan with a sleek line, premium surfaces and modern styling cues.

It will be the first vehicle to feature Huawei’s HarmonyOS 4 software, offering advanced connectivity features when paired with Huawei smartphones and smartwatches.

The electric vehicle will be based on the E0X architecture, which is also used in Chery’s Exeed Sterra ES and ET premium EVs.

It includes a battery pack sourced from CATL, providing around 700km of range, along with dual electric motors.

For safety and autonomous driving capabilities, Luxeed will use Huawei’s ADS 2.0 smart driving system, equipped with a roof-mounted LiDAR, 11 high-definition cameras, 12 ultrasonic radars and 3 microwave radars.

According to reports, Huawei’s cars will be particularly economical compared to other electric cars on the market. This is one of the key pillars of the company’s strategy as it seeks to make green transportation more accessible to a wider audience.
