In the presence of Gaitani, the enlarged meeting of the Heraklion DEEP of New Democracy

With participation of many memberstook place on yesterday’s extended meeting of the Steering Committee of E.P. Heraklion of the New Republic (NODE)with in the presence of the ND Member of Parliament for the South Sector of Athens, the Press Representative and member of the party’s central electoral campaign committee for the European elections, Mr. Tasos Gaitaniat the organization’s offices.

In its announcement, the DEEP of Heraklion of the ND states:

“So much from the president of D.E.E.P. Mr. Vangelis Karkanakis as well as Mr. Gaitanis Tassos, the criticality of the upcoming European elections in June and the political importance of their outcome, for the political stability and seriousness that are a condition for the continuation of the country’s development course, were emphasized once again .

An extensive report was made on the opportunity given for the first time to our permanent residents abroad, as well as to all our fellow citizens, to participate in the electoral process through postal voting, with the only condition that they submit an electronic application through the relevant platform by April 29 .

The preparedness and vigilance of the local organizations and members, as well as the optimism for the outcome of this electoral battle for the New Republic, was confirmed by all the executives present.

The current political developments were also discussed and, of course, on the occasion of the presence of Mr. Gaitani, organizational issues related to the better functioning of party organizations and concern the local officials.

The meeting closed with a dialogic discussion on organizational issues and planning of actions for the immediate future”.
