Great performances and a pan-Hellenic record by the students of Ioannina

The team of the Directorate of Secondary Education of Ioannina achieved the best performance in recent years with four medals and very important distinctions in the Panhellenic school athletics competitions.

Siomos Gizas Philippos won a gold medal in the 2000m with natural obstacles achieving the best performance of all time in a school championship with 5.49.12….

Gold medal for the golden girl of the jumps, Rapti Zoi in the triple jump…. Second place and silver medal for Giorgos Tassiulas in the 1500m…. Magda Malatou won a bronze medal in the long jump….

Fourth place for Jason Siozos and a limit for the European Championship U18… Seventh place for Markos Kostopoulos in the 400m and Raptis Grigoris in the triple jump, eighth place for Thomas Anastasis in the long jump and Vardaki Konstantina in the height and Papadopoulou Stavroula in the 3000m , ninth place for Economou Evangelos in the 200m and 11th place for Niki Lianou in the 100m, Papachristou Iliana in the 1500m with a great individual record….
