The Holy Monastery of Psnagia Tourlianis was visited today by 50 children from the Second Primary School of Mykonos and 100 children from the High School of Ano Mera, who were guided around the buildings, the garden, the Museum and the history of the Monastery by Abbot Archimandrite Alexios Papadopoulos.
The Abbot offered them books about Holy Week, presented them with videos about the Mission and addressed them with his wishes for Holy Easter.
Deacon Filaretos Adamidis went to the Ano Meras Kindergarten, to whose 50 children he spoke about Holy Week, offered each a book and a small vaya, taught them how to make the traditional Mykonian vaya and conveyed the Abbot’s wishes for Holy Easter !
