According to the legislation (law 5083/2024) the parties submitting to Prosecutor’s Office of the Supreme Court application request on European elections they are required to submit an electronic receipt of 20,000 euros together.
If the disputed receipt is not submitted, his application to participate in the European elections is considered inadmissible and he cannot participate.
The amount of the fee is returned if the party combinations receive at least 1.5% of all valid ballots.
