were arrested, in two cases, the day before yesterday, in the area of ​​Western Achaia and in Agrinio, by police officers of the Security Department of Western Achaia and the Security Sub-Directorate of Agrinio, four minors, aged between 13 and 16 years, as well as an adult, against whom charges were filed, as the case may be for aggravated theft and larceny.

In particular, according to the police, in the first case, an 18-year-old acting together with two minors, aged 14 and 13, broke into a house in the area of
of Western Achaia and removed the sum of 300 euros and 300 dollars, as well as a chainsaw, worth 500 euros.

In an investigation carried out at the home of the 18-year-old, the police officers of the Western Achaia Security Department found and confiscated the 300 dollars and the stolen chainsaw, which were returned to its owner.

At the same time, the mothers of the minors were arrested for the crime of neglecting their supervision.

In the second case, two minors, aged 14 and 16, acting together with a 17-year-old, on 21-04-2024 and 22-4-2024, in Agrinio, in the early hours, committed three thefts (two in kiosks and one in a mini market ), during which they removed products worth 90 euros and the amount of money of 60 euros.

The arrested were taken to the competent local Prosecutors.
