The march is expected to end at the Turkish Consulate

A march by members of the Armenian community of Thessaloniki is currently taking place in the center of Thessaloniki on the occasion of the anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.

The call to muster was on 18:30 on the pedestrian street of Agia Sophia, at the Armenian youth stand set up at the site.

From there, shortly after 8:00 p.m., a march began, which will end at the Turkish Consulate on Agios Dimitriou Street, where the Armenian Youth is expected to submit a resolution.

The gathered hold banners, flags and shout slogans.

UPD:

Before the Turkish consulate, at the height of Manolaki Kyriakou, the march encountered a barrier of MAT cages. A delegation wanted to tape the resolution to the Consulate, however they were informed that they could not approach and only post it on a tree in front of the Consulate, which they refused to do and left.
