Forced landing of Transavia’s Boeing in El. Venizelos after birds entered the engine

The aircraft was flying from Athens to Paris

A Boeing 737 made an emergency landing at Eleftherios Venizelos Airport.

The Transavia aircraft was on a route from Athens to Paris. According to ERT, the Boeing 737 aircraft took off at 3pm and twenty minutes later at 3.20pm had to return at Athens airport.

The aircraft landed at 3.41pm. For emergency landing the fire service was also activated as a precaution, but did not have to intervene.
