Students of the 3rd GEL and the 2nd EPAL of Kozani held an information event on the subject of the European elections and Europe Day, on the morning of Wednesday, April 24, on the pedestrian street of the city.
The students proceeded to a referendum by setting up a ballot box on the issue of whether the people will participate with their vote or not in the European elections.
Another group of children distributed questionnaires related to the European elections digitally via tablets and in print, while there was also a game to place the flags in the correct countries on the EU map.
It should be noted that the 3rd GEL Kozani is an Ambassador School of the E.K. while the 2nd EPAL is a candidate School of Ambassador of the E.K.
“The message we want to send to the children and outside is the Europe we want. The Europe of equality, of solidarity, the Europe of aid from state to state. We know that the times we are going through in our country are difficult, but we cannot always say negative things to children. We want the children to have hope and to think about the future with optimism” underlined Ms. Ariadni, teacher of the 2nd EPAL.
The event is completely under the auspices of the Municipality of Kozani.
