The independent MP of the Spartans Konstantinos Floros, who punched the Hellenic Solution MP Vassilis Grammenos inside the Parliament, is being taken to Autoforos.

The confrontation between the two MPs started in the Plenary Session of the Parliament. At first it was verbal, with K. Floros claiming that V. Grammenos was vulgar against his mother, and K. Meanwhile, outside the Plenary Chamber and shortly before the independent MP punched V. Grammenos, according to information, K. Floros, enraged, was allegedly shouting “you will not catch my mother in your mouth again Mr@@@@@@ ».

And while the cooler ones tried to separate them, K. Floros allegedly continued saying “you will curse my mother Mr@@@@@@ because my sister lost her child yesterday because of you Mr@@@@@ @! My mother? I will c@@@@@ you!

The Hellenic Solution refutes by talking about untrue reports and fanciful dialogue invented by the accused, that is the independent MP ex-Spartia, as a line of defense.

Tasoulas: K. Floros is expelled, he is referred for a self-inflicted felony

The Speaker of the Parliament, Konstantinos Tasoulas, initially imposed the penalty of 15 days suspension on the independent MP K. Floros and then decided that Article 157 of the Criminal Code has been violated, according to which it is a felony to commit violence against a Member of Parliament during the performance of his duties and thus the prescribed procedure was initiated, i.e. bringing him in by the Parliament Guard and transferring him to GADA.

“The arsenal of the Rules of the House did not have the imagination to think that an elected member can punch another member. We will extend our imagination to these versions as well. The PK is proactive, article 157 for crimes against political bodies, and provides for the law 46/19 of the New PK. This means that because immunity covers misdemeanors and not felonies, we can charge the offender with a felon. I ordered that he be taken to the Authorities as there is evidence of violence during the performance of his duties”, said Konstantinos Tasoulas characteristically from the floor of the Parliament.
