Is the region of Western Macedonia in the “darkness” again, Mr. Konstantinidis?

Blue cheers from YMATH S. Konstantinidis at the welcoming ceremony of the Olympic Flame in Thessaloniki where, delighted, he declared that “The Olympic Flame, a symbol of spiritual light, starting its journey from Ancient Olympia, etc., etc.”

So, the following question naturally arises:

For your region, that of Western Macedonia, what did you do Mr. Konstantinidis?

Why didn’t you make sure that “the symbol of spiritual light” passed through the region of Western Macedonia?

The Olympic flame has started its journey from Ancient Olympia to Paris for the 2024 Olympic Games and throughout its journey, it will be carried by around 10,000 torchbearers!!!

The Olympic Flame that burned throughout the Games in ancient times represented the ideals of peace and unity among peoples.

The region of Western Macedonia is graced by 4 Olympic women:

Miltos Tedoglou, athletics champion, considered one of the best in length of all time.

Morfoula Dona, athlete in team and rhythmic gymnastics.

Antonis Giannoulas, who is one of the important personalities of Greek Boxing.

Voula Patoulidou, Olympic gold medalist in athletics.

…and yet…

The Olympic Flame “bypassed” the entire region of Western Macedonia!

If, Mr. Konstantinidis, the fact that the anti-social and anti-development policy of your political superior, which leads to the impoverishment and desertification of the region (young people are leaving due to unemployment. According to the last census the population decreased by 10.1% – the largest percentage nationwide .) leave you coldly indifferent, to these people at least you do not owe oblivion!
