The accused abuser physically abused the woman even when she was pregnant, threatening to kill her

“It started with the psychological, the verbal and in addition then came the physical violence to the point where I lost my child and it culminated to such a point that I escaped murder.” The testimony of a woman who describes the hell of daily beatings that began with her pregnancy with her husband then beating their child is shocking.

According to ERT, the person accused of abuse physically abused the woman even when she was pregnant, threatening to kill her.

The nightmare for the 50-year-old continued even after the birth of her child.

“He had pushed me with the child down the stairs while I was in my arms and I was nursing him, he has even punched me in the back. Two years after the start of his abusive behavior now, things are clear. I’m covered in blood, I need treatment and then I complain. I call the police, he puts it on his feet so that they don’t catch him, before leaving he tells me “I will kill you if you talk”, reveals the victim.

Under fear and threats, he decided to get a consensual divorce. But nothing was enough to stop his vengeful fury.

As the abuse victim reports: “the incidents were dynamited. It came with the excuse of communicating with the child because the criminal court tried it five years after the incident. During this time the court gave him the right to communicate with the child, they did not protect me so that he does not come into contact with me.”

To the question of whether she also hit the child, the woman answers: “yes, when the judicial communication started and she took him, the child came back with signs which I did not initially interpret as such. I thought he hit somewhere, the child was small, his speech was not yet organized to tell me what was happening, he was hitting, screaming, he didn’t want to go.”

Today the woman feels stronger. But the memories wake up. As she says, “the first few years I was terrified. But when the incident with the child happened, I said I don’t care. I stepped on my feet.”
