A cleaner at a kindergarten is accused of taking a half-naked photo of a toddler while he was in the school’s toilets and defecating.
The case was reported in May 2022 in a nursery school in Northern Greece and is being referred to the Mixed Jury Court (JOC).
The 56-year-old cleaner is being prosecuted for producing and possessing child pornography material, breaching the privacy of telephone communication in the form of recording a non-public act and collecting personal data.
After her confession to an investigator, she was released with restrictive conditions. In addition to the conditions of reporting to the Police Department and the ban on leaving the country, she was forbidden to approach the particular kindergarten. The defendant denied the acts and, among other things, attributed the complaint to fraud against her.
