On Tuesday, the African dust phenomenon that is already affecting the country is expected to peak, while the weather will be significantly affected by the phenomenon with temperatures up to 35 degrees Celsius.
In the weather forecast from meteo, it is noted that alongside the Saharan (African) dust, there will be significant episodes of mud rain, while the concentrations of dust will be so strong that in some cases visibility will be limited.
According to the prognostic data of meteo.gr/National Observatory of Athens, on Tuesday, in addition to the greatly increased concentrations of dust that will limit visibility, mud showers are expected to occur mainly in the north and west of the country.
On Wednesday, the turn of the winds to the west will result in the limitation of dust in the Dodecanese and its progressive removal to the east.
