Thanks from the Informatics Department of the 4th EPAL Larisa

The following are noted in the acknowledgments of the IT Department of the 4th EPAL Larisa:

• The 2nd class of the Informatics sector of the 4th EPAL of Larisa on 10-04-2024, made an educational visit to the site of the educational organization STEM Robotics Education.

• Students were exposed to Drone programming, Gaming creation and basic robotics functions and were given the opportunity to participate in robot programming.

• We would like to thank the managers of the educational organization Mrs. Rokoudi Eleni and Mr. Bara Ioannis for the impeccable hospitality and the complete presentation.
• On 17-04-2024, the 2nd class of the Informatics sector of the 4th EPAL of Larisa, made an educational visit to the Museum and the Meteorological Station of the HEADQUARTERS OF TACTICAL AVIATION. In the museum, students learned about the evolution of electronic communication systems and flight simulators, where pilots are trained in real flight conditions.

The Meteorological Station was informed about its mission to collect, process and distribute meteorological information from the National Meteorological Center of the EMY, the Meteorological Stations of Greece and abroad (staffed and automatic), the weather RADARs, the European Center for Medium-term Weather Forecasts, the Meteorological Satellites , and the World Meteorological Organization networks. We thank the people in charge of the Museum as well as the Meteorological Station for welcoming us and keeping us fully informed.
