Applications for the new community service program will be opened, according to information from Dnews, next week by DYPA p.OAED with a net minimum salary of 614 euros.

In particular, the program “Promotion of employment through programs of a public interest nature in the Services of the Ministry of Environment and Energy and the Ministry of Immigration and Asylum (Reception and Identification Services – YPYT)” according to information from Dnews, concerns 2,260 8-month positions and the public invitation from DYPA it will be released in September.

In more detail, the employment action, during its co-financed eight-month phase, is addressed to Services of the Ministry of Environment and Energy and the Ministry of Immigration and Asylum (Reception and Identification Services – YPYT), in addition to Services of the Ministry of Environment and Energy and the Ministry of Immigration and Asylum (Reception and Identification Services – YPYT) that fall under the Attica and South Aegean Regions.

Beneficiaries who participated in the following nos.: 9/2017, 16/2017, 4/2018, 8/2018, 10/2018, 3/2019, 4/2020 and 2/2022 Public invitations of O.A.E.D.

The action aims to strengthen/promote the employment of the unemployed with an emphasis mainly on vulnerable population groups that face a high risk of exclusion (such as indicatively the long-term unemployed, unemployed with low qualifications) and are required to work in the first phase, in a “protected environment” in order to integrate into the labor market and avoid marginalization, maintaining their employability towards the goal of their integration/re-integration into the labor market.

At the same time, the training programs will be linked to the upgrading of knowledge and skills according to the real individual needs of the unemployed so that the participants are strengthened during the process of their integration into the labor market, so that they have a multiplier effect on the economy.

OAED community service: Coming soon new DYPA program, who are excluded

A new public benefit program is expected to start in September by the OAED DYPA with a salary of the net minimum wage, i.e. 614 euros.

In summary the action includes:

– Placement in a specific employment position for 8 months in the Services of the Ministry of Environment and Energy and the Ministry of Immigration and Asylum (Reception and Identification Services – Ministry of the Environment).

-Theoretical training program of up to 150 hours which will lead to the certification of the knowledge and skills acquired within the training program.

Beneficiaries of the action are Greek citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, Northern Continents, expatriates and expatriates coming from Istanbul and from the islands of Imbro and Tenedos, or expatriates from Egypt, without requiring a certificate of Greek citizenship or the completion of a ( 1) year from the acquisition thereof, provided that their status as Greeks by birth and conscience is proven in other ways (n.d. 3832/1958), which belong to at least one of the following categories:

a) Unemployed, registered in the unemployment register of the D.Y.P.A., members of families in which no one works and whose spouses are registered unemployed in the D.Y.P.A. unemployment register, b) unemployed, registered in the unemployment register of the D.Y.P.A. D.Y.P.A. members of single-parent families in which no one works,

c) long-term unemployed, registered in the unemployment register of the Ministry of the Interior,

d) unemployed university and technological graduates, registered in the unemployment register of the Ministry of the Interior. to fill positions based on standard qualifications,

e) unemployed over the age of 29, registered in the unemployment register of the Ministry of the Interior. f) registered in the register of unemployed persons with disabilities of the D.YP.A. and

f) unemployed beneficiaries of “Minimum Guaranteed Income”, registered in the unemployment register of the Ministry of the Interior. Beneficiaries are classified in tables by branch and specialty based on the following selection and classification criteria:

a) Period of continuous registered unemployment of a beneficiary, with a maximum limit of sixty (60) months: one (1) credit per full month, which is doubled for unemployed heads of single-parent families,

b) period of continuous registered unemployment of the spouse of the unemployed in the above category, with a maximum limit of sixty (60) months: one (1) credit per full month,

c) beneficiary disability of 50% or more: fifteen (15) points,

d) annual declared income (including independent income) of the tax year 2020, individual or family, as follows:

A) Individual 5,000.01-8,000 euros Twenty (20) points

B) Family 10,000.01-16,000 euros Twenty (20) points

A) Individual 8,000.01-12,000 euros Ten (10) points

B) Family 16,000.01-26,000 euros Ten (10) points

f) number of minor children: ten (10) points for each minor child,

A) Individual over 12.0.01 euros

B) Family over 26.0.01 euros Zero (0) points

e) age

  • 18 to 29 years old Fifteen (15) points
  • 30 to 44 years old Twenty-five (25) points
  • 45 to 54 years old Thirty-five (35) points
  • 55 years and older Forty-five (45) points

g) parent of a protected child or children with disabilities, minors or adults, with a disability rate of 67% or more: ten (10) points, regardless of the total number of children, h) beneficiaries of the Minimum Guaranteed Income, forty ( 40) particles.

i) Beneficiaries who were not placed in completed or under implementation “EMPLOYMENT PROMOTION THROUGH PROGRAMS OF A PUBLIC CHARACTER” actions of the NSRF 2014-2020 programming period: twenty (20) points.

6. For the cases of criteria c) and g), a relevant opinion of the Disability Certification Center (K.E.P.A.) is required, which certifies the disability rates.
