Patras: The 38-year-old father was remanded in custody for participating in a criminal organization

The 38-year-old was brought before noon on Monday (22/4) in the Achaean capital and is accused of participating in the terrorist organization “Revenge Collaborative Team”!

It is recalled that last month, temporarily detained, with the agreement of the investigating authority and the prosecutor, the six arrested for participation in the terrorist organization “Vengeance Conspiracy”, to which they are attributed five acts of terrorism in Athens, Thessaloniki and Larissa.

According to Anti-Terrorism, DNA of one of the six defendants was found on trapped folder with an explosive device, addressed to the President of Appeals of Thessaloniki. The authorities have also arrested a woman who is allegedly related to the placement of explosive devices.

The six arrested – among them two en active military in the capacity of a pyrotechnician – they apologized for a multitude of felony and misdemeanor acts, after a prosecution brought against them by the public prosecutor’s office. During their statements, four of the six defendants reportedly denied the indictment against them. Instead, one of them, aged 36, accepted only a partial act and the one pyrotechnician (of the Air Force) respected his right to remain silent.
In particular, the 36-year-old allegedly only admitted that he was the driver of the motorcycle that was used as a means of escape, in the bomb attack in National Bank in Petralona, denying all other acts imputed to him. Finally, his young co-accused in the same case, allegedly claimed that she was in her car at the scene of the attack in Petralona, ​​but did not know what was going to happen.
