A special moment was experienced by Helen Foureira on the evening of Wednesday 24/3 as the first diamond album award was held in Greece, with herself as the star.
The award ceremony took place at the Major Hellenic Foundation and the explosive singer received her diamond album titled ‘Poli_Ploki’ released by Panik Records. The album, entitled “Poli_Ploki” became the first diamond album by a female artist in Greece, with more than 128 million streams and over 150 million YouTube views
from being the first female artist with a diamond album, Eleni Foureira remains consistently the no1 female artist from Greece in number of digital streams, the first woman in number of monthly listeners and the first one whose song (Fuego) exceeded 100 million streams .
Many singers, partners and friends of the singer attended the event to be by her side, while the host of the evening was Connie Metaxa.
Her partner could not be missing from Eleni Foureira’s side, Alberto Botia, with whom they arrived together. The football player throughout the evening did not take his eyes off his beloved and did not stop applauding her.
Eleni Foureira did not fail to publicly thank her mother for keeping her son tonight so that she and her partner could attend the award.

It should be noted that Eleni Foureira, besides being the first female artist with a diamond album, Eleni Foureira remains consistently the no. 1 female artist from Greece in terms of digital streams, the first woman in terms of monthly listeners and the first to have one of her songs (“Fuego ») exceeded 100 million streams.
