Invited to the show Better Late, Joyce Eveidi was present and talked about her childhood and her decision to engage in acting.

I had two moms, I was very lucky in this life

“My life was very expanded and different. We had many members in this family who were firm friends of my parents. It was like a commune. A lot of extroversion, a lot of partying. I only remember my childhood with laughter.

I don’t remember being left with anything sad. I don’t remember anything dark in my childhood. If someone like me is a fool to think that the bright side will always exist in life. It’s a deep complex, it’s not humor that I “underestimate” myself. As a child, I never got “good luck” and that’s why I tell my dogs. Fortunately, I had a fan club, my dad, who kept the same.”

The comments about the acting

“It’s dirty work! If I had a child, I wouldn’t want him to be an actor. It’s a very torturous job, I won’t recommend it. I hadn’t done TV yet while I was a waitress! I was from the generation that was lucky when things opened up, nice jobs were done.

Television was very romantic in the ’90s. I have not been well paid

“I’m not one of those people who have made money or kept it aside. I’m crazy when I talk about finances! I wanted like crazy to have a manager. Usually on TV I was on crowded jobs where there couldn’t be big tapes. I’m not one to make money at all. I lived comfortably for a while, but I didn’t make any money.”
