Today’s publication referring to the transfer of the percentage of its main shareholder “is not accurate”, EPSILON NET clarifies in response to a related letter from E.K. with the listed company adding that “there are indeed negotiations concerning strategic cooperation with a foreign investor, which are in the final stage”.

In this context, however, at the request of the Capital Market Commission, the trading of the company’s shares was temporarily suspended, as stated in a relevant announcement at the Athens Stock Exchange.

In detail, EPSILON NET in response to a relevant letter from the EC with protocol number 1145/25/04/2024, regarding publications of the electronic press, announces the following, after information received from its main shareholder:

“Today’s publication that refers to the transfer of the percentage of its main shareholder to is not accurate. There are indeed negotiations regarding strategic cooperation with a foreign investor, which are in the final stage and upon their successful completion, the official announcements will follow .

As soon as the Company becomes aware of the completion of any agreement, it will immediately make all legal announcements in order to inform the investing public.”
