THE Mini has just introduced its latest addition to the range, the Acemanone funky electric crossover designed to combine practicality with urban flexibility. Placed above the Cooper and under the Countrymanthe Aceman offers a new option for those who want to move with style and point of view mainly in cities.
With length in four measures it Aceman stands out from the modern pattern of the brand, as reflected in the latest models of the brand. From the front stands out the well-known mask with the characteristic headlightswhile the perimeter low plastics with the roof rails lend a crossover style.
At the heart of Aceman’s range are four separate versions –Essential, Classic, Favored and JCW– each offering a unique combination of style and performance. From elegant Essential to sports JCWthere is a model for every taste, with alloy wheels from 17 to 19 inches.
Inside, the Aceman offers a spacious cabin with five seats and a generous luggage space at 300 liters. The interior design mirrors that of the Cooper, featuring an elegant 9.44 inch OLED touch screen on the center console.
Mini’s new smart personal assistant, “Spike”, upgrades the driving experience, while a number of Mini Experience Modes allows drivers to customize their journey with ease.
Aceman will be released with two versions of electrical system with forward motion. The basic E has an electric motor that performs 184 horsepower (0-100 km/h: 7.9″, final 160 km/h), while the SE version dit features a more powerful engine that performs 218 horsepower (0-100 km/h: 7.1″, final 170 km/h).
Both models are available with a choice of capacity batteries 40.7 kWh for E and 54.2 kWh for SE providing great autonomy for daily driving (at 310 and 403 km, respectively).
With the sporty chassis setup and precise steering, the Aceman promises a dynamic driving experience that remains true to Mini’s heritage, the German company says. Later there will be also stronger JCW version which will produce close to 300 horsepower.
With production starting at China and later to expand to Mini factory in Oxford in the UK, the Aceman marks the next chapter in Mini’s electric evolution.
The Mini Aceman is about to be released in its markets China and her Europe later this year to tackle models like the Jeep Avengerthe Fiat 600ethe Peugeot e-2008 etc.
