His arrest in absentia legendary former chess champion Garry Kasparov ordered by its competent Authorities of Russia. He is accused of terrorism and for agent of foreign interests.
Kasparov posted about it, on “X”: “Arrest in absentia is definitely the best way I’ve ever been arrested! (…) I’m sure all of us are equally honored that Putin’s terror state is spending time on what would otherwise be spent on prosecutions and murders».
